List it in Servers for sale and receive 90% of the $COMPUTE sale price, or insta-sell to the treasury for 50% of the upgraded protocol base value.

Earnings are not guaranteed. They move with the reward-pool balance, your weight, competing facility weight, $COMPUTE market price, and available token liquidity. Upgrades are spent capital and a marketplace buyer is never guaranteed.
